At SWLG:

Timothy handles various immigration-related cases for both individual and corporate clients for both the New York and California offices. His regular caseload includes immigrant (e.g. EB-1, EB-2, EB-3) and non-immigrant (e.g. E, H-1B, J-1, O-1. L-1) visa cases. Timothy is also is in charge of the firm’s social media presence, web articles, and newsletter.

Timothy has years of experience leading several nonprofit organizations in operations, administration, and legal compliance.

Interest in Immigration:

As a child of immigrants, Timothy has always been connected to various stories of immigration through family and friends. Professionally, Timothy has several years of experience working in both business immigration as well as immigration matters related to vulnerable communities. He is fascinated with the many different stories people have of where they came from and where they hope to be. Being in the immigration field allows him to use his gifts of writing and his passion for helping immigrants in the process of coming to the United States.
