WORLD CLASS LEGAL WORK

Our Services

We provide world-class legal work with individualized attention and care.

Our specialties include non-immigrant work and training visas, Labor Certification Processing, and Permanent Residence applications based on employment and family. We also offer assistance with consular processing at various U.S. Embassies around the world, and immigration-related corporate compliance services for employers.

Many of our clients are multinational corporations, start-ups, and investors. Of particular note, SW Law Group is often considered the largest firm in the U.S. specializing in assisting Japanese corporations and nationals due to the fact that our partner David Sindell is one of the one of a few licensed attorneys of Foreign Law in Japan who specializes in U.S. immigration.

We also assist individuals with both employment and family-based immigration services. Relocating to a new country is both exciting and stressful. We seek to ease that transition by providing expert advice and guidance on the immigration process.

We actively assist clients from more than 25 different countries. Members of our team fluently speak English, Japanese, Mandarin, Cantonese, French, Korean, Spanish, Hindi, and Thai.

As we expand our operations globally, our core values continue to be Innovation, Excellence, and Integrity. We pride ourselves on our responsiveness and our cutting-edge technology to remain accessible to our clients. We also communicate regularly with U.S. Embassies and Consulates around the world so that we can provide our clients with the most up-to-date news and information.

IMMIGRANT VISAS

A visa is a piece of documentation that you obtain after a U.S. official has determined that you are eligible to enter the United States for a specific purpose and for a specific period of time. It has a certain expiration date and can be authorized for any number of entries into the United States. A visa allows you to travel to a U.S. port of entry, so that you may ask an immigration officer to allow you to enter the United States.
