We are here to guide you and assist everyone. \u65b0\u5e74\u660e\u3051\u307e\u3057\u3066\u304a\u3081\u3067\u3068\u3046\u3054\u3056\u3044\u307e\u3059\u3002\u30b7\u30f3\u30c7\u30eb\u5916\u56fd\u6cd5\u6cd5\u5f8b\u4e8b\u52d9\u6240\u304b\u3089\u7686\u69d8\u306b\u304a\u5e78\u305b\u3001\u305d\u3057\u3066\u3001\u5065\u5eb7\u3001\u30d3\u30b8\u30cd\u30b9\u306e\u6210\u529f\u3082\u7948\u308a\u307e\u3059\u3002\uff12\uff10\uff12\uff13\u5e74\u3001\u3088\u308d\u3057\u304f\u304a\u9858\u3044\u3057\u307e\u3059\u3002\u30b7\u30f3\u30c7\u30eb\u3000\u30c7\u30fc\u30d3\u30c3\u30c8\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">THOUGHT OF THE DAY<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ever notice that Jews don\u2019t traditionally wish each other \u201chappy new year\u201d?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Instead we say the Hebrew phrase \u201c<em>shanah tovah\u201d&nbsp;<\/em>which \u2014 in spite of the mistaken translation that appears on almost all greeting cards \u2014 has no connection at all to the expression \u201chave a happy new year.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.aish.com\/h\/hh\/\"><em>Shanah tovah<\/em><\/a>conveys the hope for a&nbsp;<em>good<\/em>&nbsp;year rather than a&nbsp;<em>happy<\/em>&nbsp;one. And the reason for that distinction contains great significance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This past January, the\u00a0<em>Atlantic Monthly<\/em>\u00a0had a fascinating article titled\u00a0<em>There\u2019s More to Life than Being Happy.<\/em>\u00a0The author, Emily Esfahani Smith, points out how researchers are beginning to caution against the pursuit of mere happiness. They found that a meaningful life and a happy life overlap in certain ways, but are ultimately very different. Leading a happy life, the psychologists found, is associated with being a &#8220;taker&#8221; while leading a meaningful life corresponds with being a &#8220;giver.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video\"><video controls src=\"https:\/\/www.swlgpc.com\/jp\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/IMG_5830.mov\"><\/video><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>SW Law Group wishes everyone peace, happiness, and a prosperous new year.
