All H-1B CAP petitions that were not selected will begin to be returned. Unfortunately, the high volume of H-1B CAP filings prevents USCIS from providing a definite timeframe for when to expect these petitions to be returned. Once all petitions that were not selected have been returned, USCIS will issue an announcement.<\/p>\n<p>In order to balance the distribution of H-1B CAP petitions that were selected, the USCIS is in the process of transferring several H-1B CAP petitions from the Vermont Service Center to the California Service Center. You will receive notification from USCIS if your H-1B CAP petition has been transferred.<\/p>\n<p>Premium processing for all H-1B petitions is still suspended for the six month period beginning March 3, 2017.
