Should this order be carried out, illegal immigrants, specifically parents of U.S. citizens or permanent residents will be excluded from deportation and be issued work authorization permits. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Liberation Serif', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">However, this order was brought into litigation as unconstitutional by a Republican attorney General in Texas. The Obama Administration appealed the injunction to the Supreme court. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Liberation Serif', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">The Supreme Course has agreed to response to President Obama\u2019s appeal in April 2016. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><a name=\"_GoBack\"><\/a> <span style=\"font-family: 'Liberation Serif', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">If the Executive Order is deemed constitutional and passed, the processing centers of USCIS are sure to be flooded with applications over a short period of time.
