During this registration period, prospective petitioners and representatives will be able to complete and submit their registrations using USCIS&#8217;s online H-1B registration system.<\/p>\n<p>Prospective H-1B Cap-subject petitioners (or their representatives) will need to use a myUSCIS online account to register each beneficiary during this period and pay a $10 H-1B registration fee for each registration submitted for each beneficiary.\u00a0Each registration for the FY 2023 H-1B Cap will receive a confirmation number, which will be used solely to track registrations.<\/p>\n<p>After March 18, USCIS will randomly select registrations and send selection notifications through users&#8217; myUSCIS online account by March 31.<\/p>\n<p>An H-1B cap-subject petition may only be filed by a petitioner whose registration for the beneficiary named in the H-1B petition was selected in the H-1B registration process.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) confirmed that the initial registration period for the fiscal year (FY) 2023 H-1B Cap will be from March 1, 2022 at 12:00pm Eastern through March 18, 2022 at 12:00pm Eastern.
