Otherwise, USCIS will indicate on their web site that you must use the\u00a0<strong><em>Application Final Action Dates<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0chart to determine when you may file your adjustment of status application in the United States.\u00a0 Currently, as of this publication, the USCIS has determined to use the Application Final Action Dates for June 2021.
