The Department of State (DOS) has issued its May 2020 Visa Bulletin. Most notably, EB-1 is now current for all chargability areas except for China and Inida. There have been no advancement for EB-3 for most chargability areas.<\/p>\n

If USCIS determines that there are more immigrant visas available for a fiscal year than there are known applicants for such visas, the USCIS will state on\u00a0www.uscis.gov\/visabulletininfo<\/a>\u00a0that you may use the\u00a0Dates for Filing Visa Applications<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0chart in the Department of State May 2020 Visa Bulletin. Otherwise, USCIS will indicate on their web site that you must use the\u00a0Application Final Action Dates<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0chart to determine when you may file your adjustment of status application in the United States.\u00a0 Currently, as of this publication, the USCIS has not determined which chart to use for May 2020.\u00a0 The dates listed above are the Application Final Action Dates.<\/p>\n
