Beginning on December 2, 2019, the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) will require an increased fee for premium processing for certain employment-based petitions.<\/p>\n
The fee will increase from $1,410 to $1,440 for Form I-129, Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker<\/a> and Form I-140, Immigrant Petition for Alien Worker<\/a>. USCIS has stated that the fee increase is reflective of inflation from June 2001 to August 2019.
