Otherwise, USCIS will indicate on their web site that you must use the\u00a0Application Final Action Dates<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0chart to determine when you may file your adjustment of status application in the United States.\u00a0 Currently, as of this publication, the USCIS has not determined which chart to use for July 2019.\u00a0 The dates listed above are the Application Final Action Dates.<\/p>\n
