Prior to the June 2017 Visa Bulletin, the priority dates for EB-1 for China and India were current.<\/p>\n<p>EB-1-Worldwide:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Priority dates are current, except:<\/p>\n<p>China: \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Priority date of January\u00a01, 2012 (Retrogression)<\/p>\n<p>India: \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0Priority date of January\u00a01, 2012 (Retrogression)<\/p>\n<p>EB-2-Worldwide:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Priority dates are current, except:<\/p>\n<p>China: \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Priority date of March\u00a01, 2013 (Advancement of 16\u00a0days)<\/p>\n<p>India: \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0Priority date of July\u00a01, 2008 (Advancement of 9 days )<\/p>\n<p>EB-3-Worldwide: \u00a0 \u00a0Priority date of April\u00a015, 2017 (Advancement of 31 days)<\/p>\n<p>China: \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Priority date of October\u00a01, 2014 (No Advancement)<\/p>\n<p>India: \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Priority date of May\u00a015, 2005 (Advancement of 51\u00a0days)<\/p>\n<p>Philippines: \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Priority date of May\u00a01, 2013\u00a0(Advancement of 120 days)<\/p>\n<p>USCIS ADJUSTMENT OF STATUS DATES<\/p>\n<p>If USCIS determines that there are more immigrant visas available for a fiscal year than there are known applicants for such visas, the USCIS will state on <a href=\"http:\/\/www.uscis.gov\/visabulletininfo\">www.uscis.gov\/visabulletininfo<\/a> that you may use the\u00a0Dates for Filing Visa Applications\u00a0chart in the Department of State June\u00a02017 Visa Bulletin. Otherwise, USCIS will indicate on their web site that you must use the\u00a0Application Final Action Dates\u00a0chart to determine when you may file your adjustment of status application in the United States.\u00a0 Currently, as of this publication, the USCIS has not determined which chart to use for June\u00a02017.\u00a0 The dates listed above are the Application Final Action Dates.<\/p>\n<p>Check-In with Charlie Oppenheim<\/p>\n<p>There is no June\u00a02017 analysis or predictions from Charlie Oppenheim, Chief of Visa Control and Reporting Division for the U.S. Department of State (DOS).\u00a0 Charlie Oppenheim is responsible for analyzing and predicting immigrant preference categories.
